How to See Deleted Messages in GB WhatsApp
How the anti delete feature in GB WhatsApp works for messages and statuses, and how to turn it on. Here is what you need to know, explained simply.
How anti delete works
When someone deletes a message for everyone, the official app replaces it with a notice. GB WhatsApp keeps the original on your device and marks it, as long as the feature was on when the message arrived.
Enable it
- Open the mod settings.
- Go to Privacy and Security.
- Switch on Anti delete messages and, if you like, Anti delete status.
Limits
It only works for messages received while the feature is active. It cannot recover messages deleted before installing or enabling it.
Be considerate
People delete messages for a reason. Use this feature responsibly.
Before you start
Menu names can differ slightly between builds. If you cannot find an option, look in the mod settings under Privacy, Chats or Universal.
